Can someone help me with this

Is it possible to remove individual verifications from the veri summary?

I clicked on a verification to see what it said and it turned out to be sent from a guy i have never met..I'm not looking for guys and don't want this showing on my profile

There is a manage verification section where you can get rid of it.
