Hi guys I'm looking at buying a house in hull. Can anyone tell me if there are any estate agents to steer clear of and any areas that would appeal to the letting market.

I've contacted a few agents but it's like getting blood out of a stone from some of them. 1 hasn't even responded to my numerous emails and answer phone messages.

Thank you

Dont tell her.

We dont want these southerners buying up property to rent outvas it pushes house prices up in our area

Isn't that a good thing for your property prices?

Plus I'm actually a northerner just moved down south (that must give me extra points)

No because local people get priced out of the housing market because of this type of behaviour.

As you know full well !

East Riding

Hi Emma

Rental properties in Hull go easily in either East or West my opinion is you can get more house for your money in the East, though there isn't a real lot in it tbh

Good luck with your purchase, prices are rising atm, I know as ive just helped my lad buy his first xx
