77 Fab Swingers are NOW on the Party List, therefore just 8 places are NOW remain.

Once the figure has been filled a reserve / substitute list will be activated.

Tuesday 28th June 2011 Update:

I've been messaged that due to circumstances nutty_tart (Single Female) CANNOT make the Social

_ouise169 are on the reserve / substitute list as they would like to attend but might need to cancel due to a possible prior engagement.

Therefore 2 places are left for Liverpool Social 2001.

Yet, if the next two posts are from Couples, then I'll allow it.

After this has been filled we go into the mentioned reserve / substitute list.

As, I've mentioned time & again I need definite clear replies around attendance.

Are you on about me or another member?

I've looked on the Social List & it seems that you aren't on it; so why are you making negative comments about an event that you aren't attending?

I admit & then explained not ONLY to the owners (admin) but then a fellow Moderator that due to being informed by a Couple attending the Social that a large percentage was Single Males; that they would like more Couples (Male & Female) along with Single Females to attend.

I then without knowing the rules but sorry am not perfect...

Sent, a nicely worded circular to members (Couples - Male & Female / Single Females) in the Merseyside location mentioning about the Social.

Due to this a number have placed their names down & the numbers are more balanced, pleasing the original couple that made me aware in the first place.

I then received a message from admin asking for an explanation of which I provided then I made it my business to send a message to a Moderator that I know.

I wanted to let them know that my reasoning was genuine for sending the messages & that now I knew the rules / protocol. It would never occur from me again.

Then I thought it was cool until my interpretation of YOUR above message?

If, I am mistaken in reading this please let me know or if that message WAS directed about my own conduct of which you seem not to be happy with

I'd of rather you have sent me a message via my Inbox.

In an actual face-to-face conversation you directly know the motivation or feelings of that individual due to body language / facial expressions / tone of voice yet on-line certain things get confused.

I hope you understand we're am coming from?

I don't want this to be a beef on this thread therefore PLEASE Inbox me your response.

Liverpool Social 2011 Update -

Wednesday 29th June 2011:

We have reached the full capacity number, therefore anybody that would like to attend is on the:

Reserve / Substitute List.

Please be aware that people do pull out either due to seeing a really good last minute deal for a Holiday, other circumstances or nerves.

So if you fancy attending then you can ONLY do so until a person(s) pull out, sorry but I've decided to arrange this & notify the community on Week Beginning 4th April 2011.

Check the original thread:

Liverpool Social 2011 in the UK section of the Forum (it might be on Page 2).

Therefore the first members on the Reserve / Substitute List are...

I do mean you yes.

The message is self explanatry.

You are asking people to unblock/add you so you can mail them....this is against rules.

No I am not on your list to go to the social.

It doesn't matter if I am attending the social to be able to mod the forums.

There is no "beef" as you call it...I am pointing this out as I am the forum mod.

Please stick within the rules of the forum and you won't go far wrong

Saturday 23rd July - update:

I've sent the venue location via Inbox.

Some people I couldn't due to either Profiles being very well hidden or a block on Single Males (I am one) sending messages.

If people are either in these two categories, the only logical approach would to send me a Friends Invite therefore getting around hidden / block issues.

As a number of people haven't been sent the details, a number of places are now available.

The final deadline to attend the Liverpool Social 2011 is 10:00am

(UK Time) Wednesday 27th.

Am sorry, Mally1973.

I've not been ignoring you just been really hectic with life these past couple of days.

Then arranging this... some people have pulled out then replaced by others.

A major point of people pulling has has been according to them the amount of Single Males that are on the list.

At first I did a 'first come, first served' approach but realized a month ago that people might be correct that it's toooo Single Male heavy

I myself am a Single Male but also Social Organizer; so I need to listen to my guests concerns / feedback out of politeness.

Therefore, I can't have any more Single Males even if those whom can't attend will not be replaced.

As I've mentioned this is my 1st Social on Fab & it will get better; am learning.

I hope you can understand but I don't want a 'tick for tat' via this.

It's just the way, am dealing with this issue.

Please understand.

Did mention you to me a while ago that she would be attending the Social with you therefore that makes you at least for the night a Couple.

You are now on the list just make sure to arrive together as I've got you down on my list as a couple.

wow isnt this about fun? whats wrong with people.. chill out and have a good time. Have to admit i do feel for the single guys out there, massively discriminated against on this site. I LOVE single guys so feel free to get in touch and not be judged just because youre single!

Deadline for places at Liverpool Social 2011 on Saturday is 10:00am, tomorrow.

That's Wednesday 27th July 2011.

Only Couples & Single Females apply, please.

The Liverpool Social has ENOUGH Single Males.

If people pull out after the deadline they WILL NOT be replaced, these past final 2wks whilst fun have high energy.

I need a break for a few days, am sure you understand.

Hi Tads, there is a Feather's Hotel not too far away. I'm not sure what the price is like. There's also a Travelodge in the city centre.

Tads, there is hotel campinile, and Formulae one by Albert Dock, and yes travel lodge on the same road

i wouldnt recommend formule 1 at all!! maybe next door to there the ibis, but there are premier inns, holiday inns, campinille, hilton, novotel loaddddsss

My shifts came out and Am on another set of nights from sat to Tuesday

Thanks to Naughty Pharoah for organising the social. He took on what others didn't dare do and he did it well. Pity so many people let him down and didn't turn but it was their loss.

big shout out to np and all the folks who attended the first of many livepool social ,, those whos grannys/cats / goldfish and tulips who suffered bereavement late on saterday afternoon ,, well all i can say is you missed a fab night ,,, hope to meet all who attended again ,, but once again a pat on the back for the organiser NP
