No cause odds on will do it again why should people have to go through that when could be stopped.A man from town I live in by law has to give police information if he starts a new relationship as he is one.

But people could lie so maybe post a picture with I'd from police to admin on here and if you are admin can inform people or just not allow. But that may be taking rights away

Someone that lives by me was on here as a couple, he's been convicted of a sexual crime, no idea if they are still on here now he has served his prison sentence.

It's a difficult one as he's obviously served his time and hopefully a reformed character - how long should he continue to be punished for? On the other hand I would not meet anyone convicted of such an offence, but I don't imagine anyone would offer that information. But no idea how fab could begin to police something like that.

No they shouldn't but its nigh on impossible to keep tabs. There is a woman that keeps coming back and is a convicted peodophile and she does very well on here

If the said person is still signing the offenders register, the it is illegal for them to use any form of social media!

Yeah true, probation restrictions mean social media, searches etc are monitored on the offenders devices

But there are ways and means...the nature of their offence and lifestyle sadly

So who is going to foot the cost of the admins doing all the CRB checks? (Is it called CRB)

Yes you know her name from outside fab, but how would you find out about others if there are any on fab

Not all sex offenders on probation have their devices monitored. It depends on the type of offence they have committed.

Sites such as Facebook, Instagram, etc., including Fab say you shouldn't join if you have a criminal record, but in reality there is no way to police it. I know of many offenders on licence that use Facebook etc.

Depends on the "offence" - it seems that our society so often loses the plot in such matters.

If a female teacher has a relationship with a willing 17yo pupil, that should be nothing more than a disciplinary matter. No harm, no offence.

It is against Fab rules so the answer would be no.
