Ladies & Gents, fellow pervs and horny people,

I am running the Manchester 10K on Sunday (live on BBC2!!) If you could spare anything to donate to my chosen charity, Asthma UK - then please message me, and i shall forward to you my 'just giving' page. I do not get to see any details, only the amount donated and the running total. The monies are transferred directly to Asthma UK via the just giving site - so please feel confident about privacy and confidentiality.
