You mean klinefelts syndrome?,its not hereditary,it just happens.

Kleinfelter's syndrome is where the male has an extra X chromosone. I have a friend with this who receives monthly testoserone injections and has done from puberty x

Theres hope and down to luck maybe 1 day. A proffessor has said if you get off the nebido injection for 6months and try sex with out the injection could be possible but a very slim chance
