This is the new thread about the planned 1st October 2011 Coventry Social

All those who have posted their intention to attend on the original thread are already included on the guest list (unless they tell us otherwise)anyone who would like to be added can either post here or email us!

DJ & room are booked!! We will be putting on a buffet and some form of "entertainment" to keep you amuzed between the chatting to old friends and hopefully some new ones (thats the idea of socials after all).

Again we are recommending the Ibis Coventry South as the place to stay ..... almost filled the 52 rooms last year lets see if we can take over in 2011
