What's the occasion? The Marina (I don't know it's actual name) is dead nice for like lunch and informal drinks

We stayed at Ely couple of weeks ago (at the Lamb) was a great city for a short break. Looking for other places this time around, so ideas appreciated Pubs with music or nice pubs by the river etc.
