I have a question - so I met and know a girl at an event 2 years ago (not on here) and only met her once for dinner afterwards sometime last year. Now we been in touch and so far things have only been platonic between us. But last week she text me to see how I was and wants to see me for a catch up because she's going away for 6 months soon. Now initially I agreed and came up with ideas to meet somewhere at a neutral venue. She offers to let me see her at her house this Friday as another option and I agreed to that. Now this would be the third time seeing her so was wondering if a girl invites a guy to her house quite willingly is there more to this or is it a thing where she just being polite?

To avoid a possibly awkward and embarrassing situation assume that she's inviting you as a platonic friend with who she feels safe. If when you get there it seems she has other ideas ask her outright.

Now she's cancelled tomorrow to meet as she's got some to complete so not sure when I'm gonna see her again as I'm going away in 2 weeks which is around the same time she's going away for 6 months
