Mini bus for Cov social

Seeing as there are quite a few of us travelling down from the north west to the Coventry social i'm going to look into hiring a mini bus for the weekend if anyone is interested

when is the social as we have a minibus holds 9 including driver so there would be 7 seats available just need to know dates see is we can make it only fuel to pay then not hire

IM SORRY TO SAY BUT PEOPLE WILL HAVE TO MAKE THIER OWN WAY TO COVENTRY SOCIAL (20TH NOV) AS DUE TO A FINANCIAL PROBLEM WE DO NOT THINK WE WILL EVEN MAKE IT OUR SELVES SORRY TO MESS PEOPLE ABOUT THANKS ZOEY &BEN
