Hi all. Finally have a weekend free without the kids and the wife and I are off to the the Lake District. Staying at a nice Inn, so that's the drinks sorted, but wondered if any fabbers have other suggestions for the rest of the time we are there?

Wifey not confident on water so ruling out anything smaller than the QE2

More worried that we may have booked into a locals pub and get stared at while relaxing after a day out and about. Maybe some long walks and early nights
