Might have to put a + instead of the 00, and then drop the first 0 from her number

its 0044 and dropped the o in her number or +44 and drop 0

Be aware that UK mobiles start 07, unlike Irish mobile numbers. UK 08 numbers tend to be premium rate numbers.
