the problem is nobody is going to be able to commit one way or another without an actual date!!!!

for example... it hard to book a babysitter if all you have is "late april"

choose a date... stick to it.... and then people will be able to check calenders....

Yes rember last one good crowed to begin but couple hours later all scattered, so perhaps a venue as OP has mentioned is a good idea. Hope all goes ok and will make a regular event.

6 weeks ago you gotta try and promote these things if your going to do them. Trust us we have done plenty in the past.

As you say 6 weeks and only one name, I will try again at some pont but have a lot on at work and uni, so will have to July or August before I will have the time. And venue is a issue as most wanted a privet area and in town and that is going to cost. Can get one out of the town centre no problem.
