It's another new year and time to think about the first Newcastle social of 2015. The theme for this social is red and black to help you prepare for valentines night. Please make sure you put your names down as soon as possible and tell your friends that the social is now in the forum.

Because of the high numbers who attend these socials we run automated checks on the profile links and if they are dead your name will be automatically deleted from our list (we cannot undo this action) PLEASE DO NOT change your user names once you have put your name down

Single men if you have asked to attend a previous social and have been given a place and then chose not to attend you will not be allocated a space to this event. There are many genuine single men missing out because of time wasters, our list is growing longer guys.

Okay lets get the ball rolling, get your names down and we look forward to seeing you all in February.

Thanks Fabio it is in everyone's interest not to disclose the venues as we work hard to get a good balance of couples and singles there. Anyone who wants to attend these events just needs to get their names down early no need to try and obtain the information from anyone else

can i say a huge thank you to all the people who looked after me last night.... and everyone who asked after me and how i was recovering from pneumonia... i was really really touched....

That's my only regret. Not getting names down for the day after as had some really nice chats with quite a few people. Would be nice to keep in touch etc.
