Why are there no normal swingers pubs in Manchester?

We need a pub in Manchester city center,where swingers congregate.

May be the new union,canal st?

Probably not,that's our point. We need one. All we have to do is agree on one on here and then start meeting up in there.

The small room in Churchills is perfect. It's discrete,quite private with plenty of sofas.

So any one reading this,if your out in Mcr city center,pop in to Churchills.

What are the weekly/monthly days and times to meet up.

I would suggest every 2nd and 3rd Friday of the month around 6pm. By then I assume most people would be free from work and since it's a Friday we would all have more free time to spend it together and organise our day better.

9pm every day of the week,because we all go down there on different days.

Churchills is perfect because if you try this in a big venue like trebeca. You end up with possible swings sitting all over the place and there is nothing more awkward than walking over to a couple and being told that they are not swingers.

The small room in Churchills makes it a lot easier to get eye contact and start up a conversation.

Maybe hard to chat through the crowd of single guys and those who will be sat on the end of every sofa for the next few weeks.. haha but it is a good idea for those who are open about their fun and don't mind "non-swingers" knowing their preferences!

Agreed but they are called swingers clubs and for cpls are fairly cheep and your (almost) certain all the other cpls are swingers too

but i get the point

So,we think it's time to put it to the test.

So,we will start the ball rolling and be in Churchills this Saturday,20 Sept at 9pm.

Just read your post and I think I must be missing something here!

Why not just arrange to meet up at a swingers club there are plenty to choose from especially in the North West, I an member of two and I have visited at least five or six others, as a single and with my FB. There are many times I like to go out, perhaps just for a drink or a chat with friends, in fact, probably around 80% of my friends don't even know I visit swinging clubs and for my own personal reasons I would like to keep it that way. The point I am getting at here is HOW can you have a "swingers pub" if you are not going to swing in it.... you may just as well arrange to meet friends and go for a drink in a pub.... Unless that is, you intend to show the landlord/landlady into which holes the balls SHOULD be potted on their pool table..... lol...

just a thought..

I have only just read this post.

Did this actually happen.

Would be nice to have a 'drop in' place.

I'm sure many people don't always want to pay to go into clubs, but would be happy to call in somewhere on the off chance, or maybe arrange to meet there.

Like others I wish I had seen this thread earlier, I was in town at a loose end Saturday evening and would have popped in. Somewhere like the small room at Churchills would be ideal. The great thing about doing in somewhere like the Village even if we do get 'rumbled' as someone worried few people round there are likely to start calling us weirdo perverts. As for the clubs I haven't been to one in 5 plus years, be nice to have a 'local' where one might meet like minded people if only for a chat. I'd love to know how it went and if it's happening again. I've been to quite a few fab socials and enjoyed them, that's why I looked on here to see if anything was happening. A place you can just turn up at if you're free without committing to it in advance sounds good to me.
