Anyone Caught Dogging faces the possibility of being arrested for lewd acts(indecency) in a public place

However due to it being a misdemiener most officers find it a waste of resources to take you to custody and do the paperwork

The usual "Protocol" is a marked police car will drive in put on the blue lights that is usually a 5 minute warning to finish and leave but be warned not to exceed the" 5 minute warning" or you may have to answer some embarrassing questions lol

A couple with no audience will usually be sent on their way, unless the cops reckon a capture will give them a quiet few hours indoors processing the culprits.

If you have watchers or there's 'evidence of previous nefarious activity' (used condoms, wrappers, paper tissues etc) lying around - things might be different.
