Brighton hotel recommendations

I'm hoping to go to Brighton and use the nudist beach there, the quieter one of the two beaches. Any recommendations for hotels close to the beach, need to be less than £150 a night.

It'll be for September, so also thinking of the weather is bad, want a nice ISH hotel too!!
