Never been before. Any advice for a first timer? What do I take? What do I wear? Underwear, a towel, nothing?

Also, would be interested in hearing from others who haven't been who wanna come along

Ive been several times.

They give u a towel and u get a locker.

Generally older guys in there.

I have found some to be creepy.

There is a jacuzzi, small sauna and a steam room.

Also a tv room showing videos.

You can wear your towel.

Some walk around naked.

I'm usually naked in the sauna and steam room.

There are glory holes too.
