Liverpool

Do people think liverpool's area particularly dry compared to other areas due to not having a club in the city?

I'm curious to know what people think.

I believe the lack of a club closer to Liverpool itself is a disservice to the Liverpool swinging community.

But I have no idea why there's no club in the city itself. No demand for it? Not enough swingers around? No permits to build one? Oppositions from the locals?

I'm relatively new to Liverpool so I have no idea if Liverpool her had a club.

Townhouse in Birkenhead is a very good club the other side of the Mersey, albeit quite kink-focused. Would be nice to have one this side of the Water admittedly but GG's in Runcorn is not far although I've never been.

Even western ex European ports in the same era as Liverpool all had and many still do a seedy area..

Can lead to an interesting why..and in respect of Liverpool retaining a seedy area..which in effect is a form of tourism..

Already a renowned tourist venue for short breaks..to be honest many wouldn't have thought so back in the 60s/70s..

How much extra tourism would increase with couples adding Liverpool as a short break for Albert dock Mathew St. Beatles paddy's wigwam plus Liverpool version of the reeperbahn

Ref to the cathedral can say why..

Being renowned for its Irish populations as in Ireland did the Catholic church have influence in influences re the morals of the era.

But the Irish wernt only immigrants in Liverpool we Welsh were big to..mostly from North Wales many would be 'Chapel' us Chapel boys and gals ..

Well you see we're very straitjacket.. you see

So is that the why the moral influences of its 2 main immigrant nations.

But the irony we celts as we know when we're in a real hot blooded mood we're the dirtiest buggers going

I suppose it depends how far from the city centre you consider to be Manchester

Southport

Wish there was something Southport! Liverpool would be good too though hehe

I hear there is Chorley way and Blackpool of course but when you’ve no car and public transport limited etc it’s tricky
