I’ve looked and asked around a bit, where are the best spots in Surrey to meet others? I want to make more friends locally basically that know more about the swinging scene in my area

There are a couple of profiles for group social events that aren't too far from you - check out Jenga Social and Hampshires Most Wanted. There's also a regular social event at Ignite (near Heathrow) - the profile is Social Heathrow.
