The first couple I ever met had a few ice breakers to get things started. Set of dice with forfeit cards on what to do to the next person, from a kiss to touching and oral etc.

They also had a few store cards with small holes drilled in and you had to hold it on your lips and pass it to the next person, with a kiss or or other forfeit for those that dropped it. Then it was 3 cards glued together, then 5 until the ice was truly broken.

Quite tame, but definitely helped everyone with those initial nerves.
