Does anyone know if the Britannia Hotel in Manchester City Centre needs key card access to the rooms, stairs, lift etc? Thanks.

No, you can walk straight through, the stairs are right in front of you as you walk in, so if you give directions prior to arrival the person can walk with confidence to find you.

Good luck though, the Britannia has a bit of a bad rep, for good reason, that being said it serves a purpose.
