If you use silicone lube or vaseline it will stay lubed. But if it’s a silicone toy then you can’t use silicone lube, vaseline is your best option

Actually a well fitting plug won’t help much if you want to take a large cock, because the retaining constriction doesn’t hold your sphincter very far open. You need to choose one that really holds you wide open, and they’re not really practical for day wear.
