There are lots of bars where you get more of the “influencer/wag and footballer” dressed to impress types - if that is what you mean by sexy.

If it is, Spinningfields is a good shout as you have the likes of 20 Stories, The Ivy, Sexy Fish etc. Not too far a walk from there is Fenix and there are a number of bars on Deansgate (heading more towards Castlefield) that the dressed up crowd tend to frequent.
