I've seen this done by different clubs in different locations in California where it's one business by day, yet a swingers club by night (NOT every night), thus a "mixed economy" approach, which seemed to work very well indeed.

I actually think HMO properties would be more of a backlash than my idea.

They seem to have lots of problems or issues.

I worked for a company who took care of a few before my business and there were some right oddballs in the building. Complaints daily from neighbours and shops.

No because as would end up spending too much time there as on my doorstep

I think it would fill a big gap in the area but I’d be asking that question to the local council about their views on issuing licences for sex establishments first
