True, but the services that exist are almost exclusively female focussed. The reality for most men exiting out of a toxic relationship is that you are on your own in a society that is blind to your experiences.

FAB provided me a safe space in my own journey.

Completely agree with what you are saying. Your healing journey begins with you, utilising the tool's and resources that are out there. I'm 1 year out of a 12 year Narcissist relationship and close to feeling 99% healed but will never fully recover and it will take a lot for me to trust again. Really happy to sing post you to tool's and resources that I have found useful if you think you may need them.

There is much more awareness on this issue and the internet is full of useful tools and resources. Loads of Social Media channels where people are sharing their experiences and helping each other. Narcissists are a plague on this earth and ruin people's lives. 99.9 percent healed though now thankfully but it's taken me 2 years.

I'm 2.5yrs out of an 18yr narcissistic marriage, but we're not divorced yet due to my ex controlling the process, and she has managed to destroy my relationship with my teenage daughter....

I'm having physco-therapy which is helping loads, but it's really hard work.

Most of the time I'm ok, when she's not trying to exert control over me via the kids, but other times I feel like just rolling over a letting her take my kids away from me and bleed me dry of all my savings, which is tied up in equity in the family home.

Really sorry to hear this. My advice is always 'Delete, block, no contact, run as fast as you can' but I completely understand that this isn't always possible when children are involved. Giving in is not an option either you need to be strong for yourself and your children.

I can't recommend Andrew's YouTube channel 'Narcdaily' highly enough. Pretty much saved me in many ways....
