I'm no expert by any means but I recently got a fleshlight I know it's not exactly shock factor but I'd highly recommend it with plenty of lube (ps- buy seperate lube go durex or some other brand mine came with some and it was horrible was more like semi dried glue) but when your lubed up and you dick is sliding in it feels amazing
