Social scene in Wellington,Telford.

I have lived and rented in Shrewsbury most of my life apart from 8 years in London but now I’m buying a house in Mill Bank in Wellington, Shropshire. Gorgeous Georgian house, big garden but no idea of things to do etc. I know there is the cock hotel literally 2 mins walk away. Is there a better place? Where do most fabbers in Wellington go for a night out?

Telford

I go out in Wellington often. Lived in Telford all my life, so I know all the local areas well.

Truth be told for this sort of scene, Telford isn't the best place to find locals who are into the same thing. All my luck over the years in meeting has always come from meeting people outside of Telford. Shrewsbury is where I had the best luck, though clubs always of course work too.

Yes Shrewsbury has been good to me over the years but what’s good normally in Wellington? I hear the Wrekin is good for gigs.
