My first one was with an admin support colleague not reporting to me directly but to another exec; later found out that she’s had her crosshairs trained on me for some time. One afternoon as I was leaving for a black tie event; went to admin hub to ask about something I had asked colleagues to complete. As soon as returned to my office …. M chaos on the door even though it is always open; “can I talk to you private?” Of course - have I done something … “no, can I shut the door - it’s confidential “ ……
