Failed meetup!

So I just needed to vent and get this off my chest and hopefully to build a slightly better etiquette or understanding.

Mostly I'm still a little bit confused and thrown off.

To cut a very long story short I'm on happy this is the second time I've arranged to have a meat up fail.

First time wasn't open house party where the person said we'll put the address in the profile update before it was supposed to happen, we were in talks on the DM they gave me the address didn't give me a number for the property, so I sat outside in a nearby park for a while waiting for them to say hey we're here here's the house number all I got was a message to say it's delayed it's delayed and then no replies whatsoever to my messages being like hey what's your house number.

Second one was today which has royally ground my gears. They have an ad up saying they want to do a meet up for a dogging scene, I respond they reply favorably we arrange a time and a location I make my way to set location at about the time suggested bear in mind it's quite cold I messaged to say I'm there they read the message don't reply 25 minutes later me thinking there might be stuck in traffic I reply saying hey can you let me know when you're nearby so that we don't cross each other's paths read no reply I proceed to wait out till basically an hour after we arranged to meat to no avail.

I have to get it out there why do people say they'll arrange a meat up read messages on the day of suddenly up and not reply when the day before they were more favorable about meeting up or doing something it really bugs me because it's common Kurt to see if we're supposed to meet up and it's raining too bad or it's too cold or you're not feeling well it'd be nice for you to even if it's not off your own back send a message to say hey we can't make it or hey we're delayed.

That's my rant over realistically I don't expect any validation I don't realistically think that I'm entitled to anything but just a bit saddened that common courtesy seems to just been thrown out the window for a few people bashley who are older than me where I would have thought common courtesy would be a thing.

Had it done to me too. Arranged a threesome told will contact you tomorrow. Nothing. Read my messages Nothing. Finally replied to say the wife had been called in work will arrange another time . I don't believe that for one minute.

No offence but did you really travel to an undisclosed address? Theres your 1st red flag if people arent willing to guve a proper address before dont go!

No shows are why we'll only meet single guys who are willing for an initial meet to be in a club.

That way, when they don't show up, which is often, it doesn't spoil our fun.

Seems to be acceptable to ghost single men, yet when single men don't show up we're all tarred with the same brush. I've had 3 meets arranged. All to genuine known locations. Turned up on time (early usually) waited, messaged to say there, gets read....and nothing. Not even given an excuse.same when getting to arranging details for a meet, all of a sudden, profile not available!

Read my verifications, I turn up. Just rude, sorry but going to say it, seems like people just like to have their ego stroked and don't care that there are genuine people on here.

Rant over.

But....I have met a few really genuine and awesome people on here so don't take it that I'm blaming the site, just some users.

Had something like that.

About a year ago I was contacted by a couple, we talked for a week or 2, then they asked if I wanted to meet them, we had swopped pictures n n talked quite a bit, they had over 50 verifications on here n also were friends of another couple that i had met on my own on here so all sounded genuine

I was just about to leave to meet in person n a message came through "can't make it today but will rearrange for next week".

Next thing I knew I was unfriended n blocked with no reason why.

Many fab "couples" are a wannabe M and a reluctant F and it's his "dream" not hers

I think all single guys that play have at some point had this done to them that’s why I like to chat with them both and get a mobile number firstbut the real
