Sticky situation

So, quick one.. being as friendly as we are, we have found ourselves in some sticky situations when being friendly with people and having a chat makes them believe that we are interested in more when sometimes we are not. I mean how does everyone else deal with this kind of thing??

In clubs or on here?

On here we don't chat unless we're interested in meeting.

In clubs, that's their issue to deal with. We've only had one instance in a club where the guy presumed because we'd chatted meant he would get to play with us.

It’s not a problem on here as we just don’t reply. More in the clubs we come across the problem. We find it hard to let the down gently.
