It is a fab city to just walk around and explore..

Go check out Bold Street for restaurants ... the area around there to the right and away from Central Station has good bars and restaurants. Higher up there is China Town too with the biggest Chinese gate .

The bombed out church at very top of Bold Street is interesting and holds markets and events sometimes.

Sefton Park is lovely with the amazing Victorian Palm House there if you have time...10 mins out of the city..

Lark Lane is fab nearby and so is Penny Lane which is close to there too.

St George's Hall is worth a look and amazing building...if its open then inside is beautiful with incredible tiled floor.

Walker art gallery and museum next door which are fab too...plus the library is there.. all beautiful buildings.

The Albert Dock is worth a wander around as is the Pier Head area and Liver buildings

Just ask if you want any more tips... Happy to help as it is my city.
