Depends on what you mean by huge.

Personally I find anything under a C cup small. My wife is an F cup and I think that’s the ideal size. Anything bigger in my view becomes quite saggy.

I love tits and tbh if I was offered a C cup on a night out, I’d still take it lol

Your friend needs to get herself measured by someone who knows what they're doing. A size 10 doesn't have a 34" chest measurement.
