lol yeah don't recommend going in on the deep end and starting with anal sex you're likely to tear something

use a douche or whatever you please to clean out the entramce, and start with nothing more than a well lubed finger

once you're comfortable you can try for two well lubed fingers or a prostate toy/small plug of some sort and slowly work your way up in size. as a rule, stretching feeling is good, pain is a sign you've gone too far

once you can fit a few fingers or a reasonably sized toy in without discomfort you might find some success!
