Looking at booking an air bnb in October and organising a group sex / sex party. This would be are first hosting and attending one. Myself and Wifey are just looking for a bit of advice on what ratios to do for single females, males and couples?

Thanks in advance and happy swinging

The ones I have been to tend to be 3-5 couples then maybe another 10-15 single guys.

So a ratio of 2/3 men to 1 woman is enough.

The ladies will be bombarded and you need to consider what they can/are willing to handle. Some may want the full-on experience.

The important thing is to make sure they are happy and that you can keep control of things.

Not sure organising one before attending one is the best idea. The term party covers a wide range of experiences. Some are more social and some more play. Some 50/50 ish, and some a lot more men. It depends what you want out of it. For us 5 couples and 15 single guys would be a big no no. Lots of other couples we know would feel the same way. You might also want single ladies.

Generally a party of 20-25 people is a big thing. Don't underestimate the hassle of arranging and getting people to attend and the logistics for the evening. Also be prepared to get banned by airbnb

Should add you make it sound like the party is just about the ladies. What about the men? You are obviously going to parties where lots of single men or else you wouldn't be invited but plenty of parties that are more couples focused with closer to even numbers where it is about all having fun.

Bridlington.

When we used to organise our 'gatherings', partly limited by space, we used to invite half a dozen couples and a few trusted extra solo men, usually guys we had met previously for a MFM.

Inevitably some won't attend but that combination worked for us.

(The extra guys to keep the women happy when we other chaps had our periods of uselessness).

I e read alot on forums that's it's not so easy to book Airbnb for parties . Perhaps be straight up with the bmb host and see what response you get

I agree with Miss pleasuring, airbnb prohibits parties.

I’m not sure hosts would allow if you chose to tell them - unless they’re a perve

Yea most prohibit but not all. I found one that was great that was happy but the deposit and price were high. A lot or risk on deposit and even if charged couples £50 each probably make a loss. Of course if just small gathering of 4-8 nobody knows and probably get away with it. As I said before though OP should go to parties first or at least start small.

Been to a few parties where it was balanced. Several couples and a a few single ladies and single guys.

We personally wouldn't attend one where it was male heavy but (bi) female heavy we would.

You just need to decide what you want on the evening and cater toward that....and expect people to just not show or drop out.

Say you want a 10 couple party but can squeeze in 12, invite 13.

Fucking big B&B to take 13 couples

I think you need to invite a lot more than that to have 10 couples attend. Or perhaps you mean have 13 that have said yes. Anyway I think that may be a tad ambitious for OP given they haven’t even attended one before

The parties I go to are hosted by individuals in their homes. They would clear a big central living area except for a couple of sofas and mattresses of course. And 1-2 bedrooms. 10 odd blokes 3-4 girls. I think hotels and AirBnBs for these events is wishful thinking unless the party is very small

That is what we do plus hot tub and outside but more like 20 - 7/8 couples and few single m/f. It's a big effort arranging people to come, setting up house to be fun and clean (plastic sheets etc.), bit of drink and food, cleaning up after. Yep airbnb doesn't work for that really. If 6-10 maybe a big hotel room but that is more for straight down to sex which requires certain kind of people.

Nafferton, nr Driffield.

When organising 'gatherings' as a couple and now solo hosting I keep the numbers down to a manageable level, say four or five maximum, couples an two or three extra guys. The latter to be very carefully selected.

Be clear as to the rules and boundaries beforehand. It's your group so you set the rules!

Bear in mind that for various reasons people will drop out and expect an awful lot of work answering inane questions!

That said, when it works it is all well worth it....
