So.......big topic of discussion. One which will divide opinion, and no doubt upset the karens of this world....this is a moan, but also an invite for open discussion from both men and women.

Women on here who set a status

- Asking for sexy chats online

- Asking for sexual meet ups

- demanding face pics but hide theirs

- demanding pics, but then ignore

- Opening written messages and ignoring

The double standards and the way most women on here conduct themselves toewards engagment with men are insane!

Ladies, we all know you get 500 messages per day, bla bla bla. But you need to learn that you behaving like the above is just seriously poor.

Keep it simple!

1) Block

2) reply a kind "no thankyou"

3) Or Suck the dick

The worst thing in the world, is to open, and ignore. It takes nothing to press "block" and about 4 secs to say "no thankyou"

I have to say, I find it laughable to see men talk about bad manners when it comes to this topic. Surely it is far more rude to chase women clearly disinterested in you (which typically involves a rude message as the chaser). No answer is an answer…

Asking for open discussion after calling people likely to disagree with you Karens isn't going to encourage open discussion.

However overlooking that.

There are rude people of all genders and profile types on fab. I get that it's annoying and frustrating but in life it saves a lot of heartache of you deal with things how they are rather than how you'd like them to be, unless it's within your power to change them. My suggestions are

Asking for sexy chats on line in 9 cases out of 10 is not a woman, be aware of that and don't respond unless you're sure it's a woman.

Asking for sexual meet ups, doesn't mean with anyone who responds.

Demanding face pictures, doesn't mean you *have* to send one and they might have one in friends only.

Opening messages and ignoring, I get it's frustrating but the site FAQ says "no reply = no thanks". If you assume that's the case you have your answer.

Telling women to be better (or men for that matter) probably won't achieve anything but annoying them.

Do people expext you to take 10-30 mins to reply to all of the hundreds of messages you get......no.

Simply block. Its a 0.1 second click, and is more polite that ignoring a message when someone has taken the time to read your profile, meet your demands of attaching a face pic, and writing a nice message to you.

Ladies, its not hard work or big effort to reply or block.

Ignorance is the poorest of behaviours no matter what site, or life circumstance.

First response/discussion with Ameliae. And 2nd was to the lady who asked if this was a joke......

This discussion is about raising the standard of experience for both men and women on this site.

Interesting its all ladies who have currently jumped on this and become slightly offended with my shared experience, and offered some interesting and emotive responses back.

Id welcome some more men sharing their experience also.

This in my book is a good, clear way to know someone isnt interested i agree. Read and delete = not interested.

It's not rude not to reply.

Some ladies and couples get hundreds of messages a day so it simply isn't possible for them to reply to everyone. If you don't get a response, you should assume they aren't interested. If you're getting a lot of "no-replies" then you should consider your profile and the messages you send. Are they giving the right message? Are you standing out from the thousands of other guys on here?

If you don't get a response, you should assume they aren't interested.

- assumption is the mother of all fuck ups...

If you're getting a lot of "no-replies" then you should consider your profile and the messages you send.

- jumping through the demands of writing a nice, in good length message, attaching pics, and meeting all the perons requirments, which takes time...should at least get a "no thanks, block or delete"

99% of the messages we get come from guys who either haven't read or have just ignored key parts of our profile.

Almost every person sending a first message has not read my profile, I get messages every day and they don't even know if they are messaging a couple or a lady.

Very few messages are of any quality or substance.

If they have read my profile and it is a quality message I will always reply, but that is very few.

My inbox is often comedy gold, anything from black profiles saying they only need my postcode and they will be around in 10-minutes even though they are are 300 miles away, to people pretending they know me, to people suggesting extremely intimate scenes or taboo subjects.

I had a message in the last few days, with attached pictures. The person in the pictures had changed race halfway through the selection of pictures.

Oh wow!! Some really crappy messages then. Its crazy how some people get away with things like what you mentioned, and why they even do it in the first place. I try to understand why set up fake profiles, abusive profiles and messages when this site is about great sex.

I totally understand and respect why that can be annoying and fustrating. Especially when youve taken the time to produce a well written profile which explains who you are etc.

1 in 200 is really poor odds! That to must change, and to the those who read this, hopefully they can take note, level up and bring a better calibre of message to those who you like.

There was a post on here not long ago complaining that someone told them why they weren't interested. Can't please everybody. I know the game, don't sit around waiting for a reply to any message I send. But I do hope one day to get one

I reply to every single message I get be it an aye or a nay. And I am truly amazed how many I do get. Maybe I'm just phenomenally polite? I have a couple of stock nay answers which my phone knows and can predict so it takes seconds to respond. I'm a firm believer in treating others as you wish to be treated. Manners cost nothing. Sure, I've been stung by a guy blocking me after swapping face pics. I'm no Mona Lisa but that dented my confidence for a while. Just be honest but nice about it. My stock answer is "it isn't you whom I seek" That's polite, to the point and hopefully not hurtful. Some Fabbers need to try harder, some are doing just fine.

Fab has its own unique culture and standards. If you expect tens of thousands of people to change their approach, that's been developed over many years, by the posting of OP, I think you have seriously misjudged the site and people here.

Better to deal with what you have, rather than a futile attempt to get the world to address your expectations.

Visit swinging clubs, if you don't find the online arena is for you. Communicate to the best of your abilities, in your attempts to leverage things to your advantage.
