Definitely need to see the business plan. What experience do you have of clubs and saunas. Have you researched and checked there is a market for a club in the Bournmouth area?

Are you planning it to be in Bournemouth?

Will it have something unique?

I'd be wary of having a new sauna business, as energy costs are so extreme.
