Has anyone watched the series on channel four about new couples trying out swinging?

Thoughts? Do you think its a true reputation?

I saw a few episodes at the start. Seemed really unrealistic and actually quite damaging tbh. Showed some couples who clearly had issues which was obviously only going to get worse by involving other people
