I have both, Satisfyer and the original wand. They offer different sensations, with the wand giving very intense vibrations, whereas with the Satisfyer, it's air pulsating. The actual toy, apart from the sucker part, does not go on the clit.

I have both Satisfyer Pro 2 and it's cute Penguin version, love both of them.

Clit piercing - never had, not brave enough. Lol.

Wand. You don’t get the clit pierced only the hood. I took mine out as it as annoying and through it would get ripped out
