So nudefest is returning to hopefully sunny Somerset the 4th to 11th of July. I will be working there. Anybody already got tickets or thinking of going?

Bridlington.

But remember for people on here, Fab being primarily swingers site, the BN sponsored Nude Fest is not at all swingy! If anything it is rather prudish.

Also solo guys not made welcome. They will take your money but lots of cold shoulders....

From what I saw last year, solo guys are made very welcome. Yes it's a naturist event, so subtlety is key but there was a lot of action going on last year and I definitely didn't see any solo guys being made pariah. Just you buddy

We find that the majority of single guys at Naturist events and beaches usually tend to come across quite creepy, they just stand out like a sore thumb.

See now this makes sense as to why people aren't being made to feel welcome. If you're a creepy creep, creeping out the other humans then yes you shall be exiled...as has been the way for humanity for a few thousand years

Agree, we did consider going but not if its a sausage fest of limpet single guys trying it on at every opportunity.

Last year I saw maybe 3 properly single guys, it's really not the place for people to be "trying it on" it's very family friendly. When the sun goes down and everybody goes back to their caravans and tents you start to hear the filth occurring

Why are partners having sex being filthy? Or are you suggesting it is a swing fest contrary to what you said earlier? It's difficult for single guys to interact without appearing creepy or being viewed with suspicion. The same at any holiday venue where a single guy approaches your family?

Filthy is a good word in my vocabulary. Not suggesting it's a swinging festival. Saying you can definitely hear people having fun there when it gets late. Who are these men approaching families and for what reason!? The only reason I'd go and introduce myself to a random family while on holiday is to ask for advice or directions.

Just going on your post above - a family friendly venue and three single guys? Must be quite boring for the guys if they don't try to interact?

Nafferton, nr Driffield.

Men on their own are not made welcome, even the *'non-creepy' ones.

BN is happy to take their money but then the main stream naturist culture kicks in, as amply demonstrated in this post. This is the same as occurs to men applying to join most BN affiliated landed clubs.

Don't waste your time, money and feelings; keep to places like beaches where you are welcome.

You guys really sucked the excitement out of a fun naturist festival before it has happened. One of you taking everything I've written as gospel when most of it was guess work from a foggy memory of last year. The other seems like you had a bad experience as a single guy, the single guys I spoke to last year(maybe more than 3) all had a nice time even though the weather was crap.

To tell all guys to avoid any BN event from your own experience is crazy, everyone experiences life differently, just because you didn't enjoy yourself or feel welcome does not mean that it will be the same for all men.

All I wanted from this post was to find out if anybody from here was going...instead I've got the ire of a couple of guys who are old enough to know better

We are going and we had fun last year. Lots of Swingers go and it’s easy to hook up via Fab. Discretion is the key.
