Carlisle Pubs n Hotels

Looks like we maybe heading down to Carlise on the 12th.

Can any 1 recommend any pubs for me and the Mrs to chill, all welcome.

Still to decide on a hotel, prefer a big bed

Lol tbh I'm from Carlisle and it's poop through here but walkabout is good so is truth and the ibis and travel lodge is walking distance from there

Hows it going? Theres a street called botchergate with bars either side but i would recommend heading up to devonshire street for The Thin White Duke, Prince bar and The Last Zebra at the bottom of the road. Also Coco Mill on Lowther street. Gimme a message

If you like real ale the kings head and the Howard arms are okay.Also a brew dog and Wetherspoons and Lloyds bar in botchergate.

Ive stopped at Travelodge many times and its few minutes walk to main street ...clean rooms and big bed lol

Most of the hotels are only about 5 -10 minute walk to the centre,Travelodge ,Ibis,County,Carlisle station and crown and mitre.
