How do you get over nerves to have a meet x

I just either start talking or start playing. I find the nurves come with anticipation, once I get going I'm fine, and just ignore the nervy moment before hand xx

Yes I Have find with the lockdown and comeing out of a sexless relationship I have come very nervous now ,go to club and social, but it start a chat with someone new is very hard now ,before I meet my last partner I did not care
