No meets

I’ve been trying to get some more replies that will hopefully lead to meets yet it seems I’m having no luck whatsoever. Maybe it’s my face, profile or just lack of banter. Or maybe the opening messages aren’t good enough. Any suggestions lads?

Much appreciated,

Baldy

Back of the bins.

What do your messages contain?

Send us an example if you like?

This is to a lady who prefers darker men and has a photo of her nude on the beach.

Good morning, I hope this time of the morning isn’t too early and I’ve somehow awakened you. If so I apologise but I’m going to assume you’ve had too much beauty sleep.

I’m sure you get a lot of messages, thus I’m somewhat afraid that you won't have a chance to read this but I’m going to try anyway.

Your lips are to die for as I’m sure the rest of you is too, and I hope you’re not lactose intolerant because this is going to be quite cheesy. Nothing wrong with a little bit of padding, winters are cold and I’m sure Mika would agree, big girls are beautiful. Lizzo would probably hug you and Doja would tell you you’re juicy, which I’m guessing is correct. Also, Freddie was right.

You may have guessed I’m a white guy, and even though the majority of guys on this site may/may not be illiterate, they are better looking than me. Although my grammar is on point, it seems vanity and basic biology/sexual attraction is still a dominant factor. Maybe you’ll overlook my race and let me prove you wrong, I’m a diamond in the rough. Or opal, to be more precise, white and hard.

Maybe we can talk more if you would like to, if not I do hope you find the right person to tickle your fancy, or do other naughty things to you, including tickling your said fancy.

Well you’ve started off ignoring her preferences.

As to the message, it’s too much. I’m sure we’re not the only ones that find a messages like this suspicious. It smacks of being copy pasted and impersonal. You’re much better off just introducing yourself. Then say something specifically about the person you’re messaging.

Reads a little over eager, desperate even. Personally think that's kindof adorable but I reckon most people would be put off. Just ease up a little Man.

OP. We'd rather get messages like that than all the crass one liners we find in our mailbox.

Having said that, it's no good sending a message like that to someone you fancy but who isn't looking for what you're offering or is too far away or whatever. The key is reading each profile you respond to first and making sure your message is relevant and you're the sort of person they're looking for. It's easy for a nice message to be disregarded as 'cut and paste' simply because it contains contradictions or overlooks the recipient's requirements. Tone down the compliments a little too maybe.
