Does anyone have a recommendation for an adults only bdsm and swing friendly hotel to stay at in the UK?

We are looking for something that is actually a nice place to stay, not just a dungeon with a bed. Somewhere that still feels like a romantic escape but the bed has restraints and the cute couple at the bar would come back to your room.
