Having a pulse is a good start.

Can keep an erection for long enough to satisfy C another must.

Clean, trimmed/shaven, not obese ladies (I nearly died once when a large lady I was having a munch on squirted, well, more the dam broke, and I was trapped between her thighs drowning and unable to get out) so I've a morbid terror of very large ladies.

Other than that friendly with a nice personality and a wicked gleam in their eye.
