Watching

Has anyone used the nudist beach at Druridge Bay? or any other one along the NE coast, we could do with topping up the all over tan the gardens just not quite private enough

We would appreciate your opinions and information on ease of access, parking, is it well used etc.

It's just a little to far from us to visit on a chance that its a good beach to try, if anyone knows of any none official secluded spots inland or on the Northumberland or Durham area please do share

I've seen about duridge Bay too, confusing which area people say, and it's not official so a little unsure. Not found any others this way yet

Yes I’ve used Druridge a few times.

Lovely beach and great nudist area.

Best way to get there is; Drive north on the A1068, go through widdrington, get the Red row (on the left) there’s a turning right down a track towards the sea. Drive down there until the bottom little car park.

Head to the foot path. Head south, walk about 500-600 yards to where the path goes right, there’s a style on your left to the beach. Cross the dried river bed towards the dunes and your there.

Enjoy

If you fancy something different on the beach, look at NE skinnydip. Huge skinnydip on morning of 20 Sep. Overnight camping the night before.

Durham

I've used Ross beach just south of holy island. Bit of a trek to the dunes from the road but quite deserted

Northumberland

Location is as Maverick Allstar says.

The nudist section has small very secluded areas in the dunes that are completely hidden unless you are right next to them!

We're both off tomorrow and the weather's good. We would love to meet other couples and voyeurs at Druridge dunes

I use Druridge Bay regularly. It's easy to get too and quite secluded if you get a good spot towards the back of the dunes.

However, it's not official so you do get the odd person walking through who isn't aware so you need to be on the lookout. To be fair the regulars keep a good eye out and word quickly spreads if someone approaches.

DM me if you'd like more info.
