I've been quite a few times. It depends what you're after, I guess. There's always some people there so you won't be alone, but the beach is large enough so that social distancing is possible.

Any play that happens is usually between men, at the far end of the beach. Some couples play too but they usually keep to themselves behind a wind break and people tend to respect that.

If you want to keep to yourself and just sunbathe you certainly can, but if you want to watch others play or join them it really depends on luck.
