We're thinking of a trip to Cooden naturist beach, can anyone recommend or should we go elsewhere?

I'm going to try Eastney beach tomorrow and went to Portslade/Shoreham a week or so ago. Never been to Cooden.

Google Norman's bay naturist beach it's 5/10 minutes drive up the road
