Help a girl out please

Looking for some ideas on treats and punishments for a sub. It’s online relationship only as he is not local.

Idea is that there is a monthly box sent to him and part of it is a treat envelope and a punishment envelope, looking for what ideas I could use in them. Currently have a punishment as having to wear girl panties to work, treat a picture request of his liking
