This has happened twice to us now, someone sends you a message, you check your emails just as you are going to work, read the message, and think ok i will reply when i get in from work and have more time, go to answer the message when you get in to find that because you didnt answer it there and then, they have barred you.

I don't want to sound dismissive, but in my experience I've found if someone decides to block me because I've failed to reply to an email in what "they" deem "an acceptable time" (1 day? 1 hour? immediately?) then the question I ask "Do I really want to meet self-centered, self-obsessed, impatient people like that?"

And the answer presents itself

Everyone has a life outside Fabs and swinging, real people know that. Move on, enjoy what you do and don't let it bother you much.

maybe it was just the male half messaging hoping for cyber fun while Mrs was out and then he didn't want you replying at yr pace as his Mrs might be back at that time ??
